Resilience Integration and Sustainable Empowerment (RISE) participated in a specialized training on Strengthening Human Rights Protection, Documentation, and Advocacy for Women Human Rights Defenders, organized with the support of ActionAid and Nomadic Assistance for Peace and Development (NAPAD) in Mogadishu.
The training provided participants with practical knowledge and skills on human rights protection mechanisms, effective documentation of human rights violations, advocacy strategies, and the promotion of women’s leadership in advancing justice and accountability.
RISE’s participation reflects its commitment to empowering women leaders, promoting human rights, and strengthening the capacity of humanitarian and development practitioners to advocate for the rights and dignity of vulnerable communities across Somalia.
