On June 22, 2025, RISE took part in the Southwest State GBV Sub-Cluster Coordination Meeting held in Baidoa. The session brought together key protection actors to discuss contextual updates, ongoing GBV response interventions, challenges, and opportunities for improved collaboration.

As part of our commitment to survivor-centered protection, RISE contributed to discussions on enhancing referral pathways, strengthening community-based responses, and advancing joint strategies to address gender-based violence across the region.

We thank our partners and coordination leads for facilitating a productive dialogue. Together, we continue working toward safer, more resilient communities.
