RISE was pleased to attend the Stakeholders Consultation and Engagement Workshop on the legalization of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Agreement for Bulk Water Management in Baidoa. The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Southwest State, bringing together key WASH partners, technical experts, and private sector actors.

This high-level dialogue focused on strengthening institutional collaboration, aligning policy goals, and ensuring sustainable, community-centered WASH service delivery. The discussion marks a crucial step toward formalizing effective PPP frameworks that improve access to safe and reliable water for Baidoa’s growing population.
