RISE participated in a joint humanitarian needs assessment led by South West State and National Ministers, alongside the Regional Governor, key clusters, and humanitarian partners.

The assessment focused on identifying community needs and strengthening a coordinated, needs-based humanitarian response.

The assessment brought together RISE, ASIP, SAFE, CESVI, HORN AID, SASDO, APCO, and Islamic Relief, reflecting a shared commitment to coordinated humanitarian action in Lower Shabelle.
