On 25 January 2026, RISE participated in the Final Validation Workshop organized by READO in Baidoa, bringing together key Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) stakeholders and community representatives.

The workshop reviewed the first draft of the Anticipatory Action Plan and gathered final feedback to strengthen community ownership, align shared priorities, and reinforce collective commitment to early action for drought-affected communities.

RISE remains committed to collaborative, community-led approaches that enhance preparedness, accountability, and resilience across Somalia.
