On On 9th August 2025, the RISE team conducted a field visit to RISE-supported farms located on the outskirts of Baidoa. The purpose of the visit was to assess the progress of ongoing farming activities, engage with local farmers, and identify key needs and challenges facing their agricultural work.

During the visit, the team encouraged farmers to continue cultivating their seeds and maximizing available resources as a pathway to long-term resilience and food security. The farmers shared valuable feedback on water access, tools, and technical support needed to improve productivity.
